Clark County Quilters is a non-profit corporation in Vancouver, Washington. The purpose of this guild is to contribute to the growth and knowledge of quilting techniques, patterns and history; to provide educational meetings, fun and friendship and to sponsor and support quilting activities; to encourage quilt making and collection; to promote the appreciation of fine quilts; to perform community service by participation in quilt related projects and to provide assistance to charities of our choice focusing on Clark County and the Pacific Northwest.
 
Meetings:
2nd Thursday of Each Month,
September through June.
Non-members are asked to pay $5
per meeting to cover speaker fees.

**Meeting Cancellation Policy
:
Since CCQ members come from a large geographic area and to ensure the safety of all members,
emergency cancellation of general meetings due to weather related circumstances will be at the
discretion of the President and Executive Board.  Cancellation or postponement of a general
meeting will be communicated via e-mail and social media by 3 p.m. on the day of a meeting.

Cancellations/postponements can be found on all local television and many local radio
websites under closurers, Organizations, Clark County Quilters.

Fall Retreat "Where the Wild Things Are"
Registration Form now available

Fall Retreat sign up starts at the April General Meeting!! Please complete the attached form and bring it along with $50 cash/check for the deposit to the April general meeting. The remaining balance ($195) will be due in June. Sorry but we will not be able
to accept credit/debit this year. We have space for 40 people!

Fall retreat dates are Sept 28-Oct 1 at Alders Gate in Turner, OR. The theme is "Where the Wild Things Are".  Meals will be provided. You will need to supply your own linens. Contact Jeanne Garritson at sewjeannesew@icloud.com or 907-764-1231
